Maciej Kubicki

Maciej Kubicki is the Coordinator of the Three Seas Initiative Secretariat at the Office of International Policy of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. He is an expert in Public & Government Affairs and strategic communications, also a senior diplomat with more than 10 years’ experience in working abroad. Being a member of Foreign Service he represented Poland to the Governments of Qatar and New Zealand, and had a big role in shaping Polish economic relations with Libya. Overall he has spent 15 years working in public administration both on local, as well as on central level, always in close collaboration with commercial entities.

Throughout his career he has become a culturally aware professional orchestrating complex communication activities and reaching out to various actors of public life. Maciej has experience in managing collaboration among governments, entrepreneurs and NGOs. One may also call him a genuine, goal-focused leader for small multinational teams.
