Young Experts Day: The Voice of Young Experts!

As part of the THREE SEAS ONE OPPORTUNITY Conference, we invite you to participate in Young Experts Day (YED)—a competition for young experts eager to present their analyses and ideas concerning the Three Seas region and its neighboring areas.

For the fourth edition of YED, we welcome applications from students in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th years, as well as PhD candidates whose interests and research focus on:

• Security and defense cooperation in the Baltic, Adriatic, and Black Sea regions,
• International relations,
• Law,
• Regional policy,
• Economy and infrastructure cooperation,
• Technologies and innovations supporting regional development.

During the competition, selected participants will present their research, innovative ideas, and fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing the region’s countries in the form of a short lecture, presentation, or talk.

YED is not only a chance to showcase your expertise but also an opportunity to network and exchange views with other young experts and international specialists!

Each presentation given at YED will be evaluated by the Best YED 2025 Presentation Contest Jury. The winner will receive a prestigious award, which will be presented during the official closing ceremony of the THREE SEAS ONE OPPORTUNITY Conference on April 27, 2025.

To participate in the competition, you must complete the registration form and submit a short abstract (max. 2,000 characters, including spaces) of your presentation by April 14, 2025. Organizers will respond to all of the registrations via email by April 20.
