Expert in international academic and research cooperation. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. From 2008 to 2017, as deputy director and director of the Center for International Cooperation at Warsaw University of Technology, he coordinated and managed the university’s international cooperation, in particular participation in global and European educational and scientific research projects, recruitment of international students and cooperation with foreign academic and business partners. In 2016, he was awarded a fellowship from the U.S. Department of State and Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) as part of the Education USA Leadership Institute program in the area of academic sector-business cooperation. From 2017 to 2020, organizer and first director of the National Academic Exchange Agency. In 2018, member of the Minister of Health’s Team for Scientific Cooperation with the US. From 2020-2022 at the Medical Research Agency as coordinator of international cooperation and strategic advisor to the President. Organizer and coordinator of the Warsaw Health Innovation Hub – a platform for cooperation between public and private partners in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
