Graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University with a degree in journalism and from University of Warsaw in European studies. He has been a longtime employee of regional and nationwide media outlets. He is a laureate of the International Artistic Festival FAMA in the journalism section. Currently, he works professionally in PR in the healthcare and medicine sector. He collaborates with "Układ Sił" and participates in and moderates many events at The Opportunity Institute for Foreign Affairs.

Since 2020, he has been hosting the podcast "Podróż bez Paszportu" (Journey without a Passport) discussing difficult international relations, geopolitics, travel, economics, and business. Occasionally, he addresses Polish issues in it.

Privately, he is married to Lidia. In scouting (Scouts of Europe) since 2003, he has served as a troop leader and scout instructor. He has been a fan of Manchester United since May 26, 1999, when Ferguson's team defeated Bayern Munich in the Champions League final.
