Łukasz Kobierski

Łukasz Kobierski is the President of the Board and Director of the Indo-Pacific Program at the Institute of New Europe (INE). He is a scholarship recipient for security training at the Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security in Washington, D.C., and an expert in international relations. He graduated from the University of Warsaw and Nicolaus Copernicus University. He has interned at various institutions, including the Department of International Security Policy at the Ministry of National Defense and the Department of Strategic Analysis at the National Security Bureau, as well as several Polish think tanks.
