Aleksandra Palkova

Aleksandra Palkova is the Head of EU Programme at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs. She manages key projects within Horizon Europe and the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme, while leading a team of researchers. Additionally, she organizes international conferences, publishes scholarly works, and provides expert analyses. Alongside her professional roles, Aleksandra pursues a Ph.D. in International Relations and holds Senior Researcher positions at Riga Stradins University and Associate Researcher position at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).
