Nino Samkharadze

Nino Samkharadze is a Policy Analyst at the Georgian Institute of Politics (GIP) working on the policy-relevant analysis of the issues of Democratization and Europeanization of Georgia. She is co-hosting the weekly morning live "Morning Talks" regarding the Foreign and Security Policy thematic bloc for the Radio Liberty/Free Europe Georgian office. Being an invited lecturer at International Black Sea University, she delivers courses in Introduction to Political Science and Nationalism in International Relations. At the same time, she is working on her PhD dissertation at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Department of Political Science.  Nino's research interests include nationalism, identity politics and their influence on political processes in the post-Soviet region.
