Hayk Khalatyan, head of the Analytical Centre for Strategic Studies and Initiatives, political observer in Information-analytical center VERELQ (Armenia). Area of interest: Intergation processes and security issues in the Post-Soviet space, domestic and foreign policy of Armenia. He collaborates with a number of Armenian, Russian and European media, Russian, European and Chinese expert centers.
