Dr Małgorzata Samojedny, LLM, PhD in Law (cum Laude), Lecturer at the Facuty of Law, Administration and Economy at the University of Wrocław, Co-Founder of think-tank The Opportunity Institute for Foreign Affairs, Author of numerous academic articles and a monograph. Scope of research is the broad view on the concept of state and legal order particularly in non-western orders and quasi-states, terrorism and security. She is a CEO of annual International Conference Three Seas One Opportunity (3s1o.org). She is a member of the Centre for Oriental Law Research at the University of Wroclaw and Global Institute of Law in Oxford.
