Dr. Łukasz Wyszyński – Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations at the Naval Academy and Deputy Head of the Doctoral School of the Federation of Military Academies. Member of the Board of the Shipbuilding Council and Editor of the YouTube channel "StosunkiMiedzynarodoweAMW." His research interests include issues related to the shape, structure, and directions of change in the international system; the role and significance of maritime areas in state policy; the geopolitics of maritime areas; and the role and use of the armed forces, primarily the naval component, in foreign policy and state security policy.
