Andrzej Kozłowski

An independent expert in cybersecurity and disinformation. Former head of the Analysis Office at the Kazimierz Pułaski Foundation and former editor-in-chief of the CyberDefence24.pl portal. Kozłowski holds a PhD in political science. He lectures and conducts seminars at the University of Łódź, the Higher School of Applied Computer Science and Management in Warsaw, and Collegium Civitas, covering international security, terrorism, and cybersecurity. He has participated in programs such as the U.S. Department of State's IVLP: 21st Century Changemakers: Information Technology Leaders Explore Cyber Security Strategies, and the Fulbright Journalistic Challenges and Practices program.
