Artur Kończal has served in both ships squadrons and staff structures at the operational level in the Naval Command and at the strategic level in the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, as well as at the Polish Military Representation to the NATO and EU Military Committees for more than thirty years. By gradually improving his qualifications through postgraduate studies and courses both domestically and abroad, he has gained the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment. As a result of his involvement in the processes of preparation and implementation of exercises and programming the development of the Polish Armed Forces, as well as coordinating the use of naval forces, he has acquired knowledge and experience in both national and allied activities in the field of project planning and management. Moreover, his previous position in Brussels allowed him to improve his skills in the field of international security, diplomacy, and cooperation, including projects implemented by European and NATO agencies. In recent years, he has had the opportunity to prove himself as an academic lecturer at the Naval Academy in the field of military and maritime diplomacy.
