In public sector, he was responsible for managing unit in the Ministry of Climate and Environment responsible for issues related to energy security, functioning of the energy wholesale market and infrastructure development.

His scientific interest is focused on the issues related to the energy transformation and the impact of climate policy on the evolution of energy markets and innovations.
