Stefania Kolarz

Stefania Kolarz is an analyst for EU law and OSCE in the International Law and Global Economy programme. Her interests include, in particular, external action, international agreements and the system of legal protection of EU, as well as peace processes in which the OSCE is involved. She holds PhD in Law, a Master's degree in Law from the University of Wrocław, in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine, and in EU Diplomacy and International Relations from the College of Europe in Bruges. She is fluent in English and French.
