Dr. Michał Patryk Sadłowski, Ph.D. in law at the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Warsaw. He is President of Gabriel Szerszeniewicz Foundation of Institute of Eastern Law.

Dr. Sadłowski is an assistant professor at the Department of Administration History, the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also is an analyst of the domestic and foreign politics of post-Soviet countries. He specializes in the history of the political system of the Russian Empire, the Polish People's Republic, and the post-Soviet countries.
