Carlos Uriarte Sánchez is the Secretary-General of Paneuropa España and a professor of law at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. As the leader of the Spanish branch of the International Paneuropean Union, he is dedicated to promoting European integration and international cooperation. His work includes collaboration with Azerbaijan on renewable energy and agriculture, as well as analysis of European Union foreign policy. Uriarte also serves as a member of the Presidency Council of the International Paneuropean Union and as Vice President of the Coudenhove-Kalergi European Society.
